This is me.

This is a story that I wish was (entirely) true:
I've needed new glasses for at least a year. These didn't fit very well at all any longer. At work on Tuesday morning, in the middle of a scowl, in the middle of a meeting, they snapped -- clean. The looks on everyone's faces resembled those seeing a ghost, and then uproarious laughter.
It was funny, that is, until I realized I had no spare glasses and no extra money to buy a new pair.
